Sarah moved to Nashville in the summer of 2015 from Syracuse, NY to pursue her Masters Degree in counseling from Vanderbilt University. After falling in love with the city, Sarah decided to make Nashville her permanent home. She spent 5 years as a crisis therapist helping youth and families who were fleeing unsafe situations and experiencing complex trauma.
In December 2021 Sarah and her husband bought their first home. Little did she know this experience would serve as a catalyst to igniting her passion for real estate. By the end of June 2022 Sarah had left the therapy world and started her own business, Signed by Sarah Notary Services LLC, so she could help clients nationwide close real estate transactions.
Sarah is a highly effective communicator, warm, empathic, and takes a person centered approach to meeting the needs of her clients when it comes to the home buying process. Sarah’s unique background lends well to working with folks who are going through divorce, grief and loss, or other challenging circumstances. Sarah truly enjoys helping people from all walks of life and she treats all of her clients like VIP. You are family.
Sarah has been married to her husband for 2.5 years. They reside in West Nashville with their Great Dane, Marlo. As an animal lover and outdoorsy person, Sarah spends her free time walking her dog, hiking, and playing tennis. Sarah considers herself a “foodie” and loves trying different cuisine from new restaurants that pop up around the city.
